From Wednesday, the 27th February to Saturday, the 2nd March, with the theme of "It's all Greek to Me", the 2019 FOBISIA Drama Festival will bring students through Greek plays with the performance of five Classical Greek texts, including ideas from renowned theatre practitioners and more.

KL Shakespeare Players The KL Shakespeare Players have been invited to bring to the Drama Festival their workshop - Shakespeare Demystified. They will perform a 2 hour version of a play with a Q&A session after. They will also explore various parts of the play in both character development and setting. |
Greek Chorus Workshop
Splendid Productions Splendid Productions, an education theatre company from the UK have been invited to conduct workshops on Greek Chorus. |
Drumming Workshop
Andy Gleadhill Andy Gleadhill is a highly respected and accomplished musician, educator, author, composer, ethnomusicologist and teacher trainer. He has taught on the specialist music teacher training course at Bath Spa University for over 10 years and at conferences, teacher training centres and schools in the UK and overseas. |

Originally from Wales, Dylan is now in his fifth year at POWIIS and is one of the festival coordinators for FOBISIA Drama. He is an actor at heart and thrives on the magic of theatre. He is very proud that POWIIS is hosting the FOBISIA Drama Festival this year and hopes to to be a great experience for all. |

From the state of Iowa in the USA, April has taken part in many theatrical productions, ranging from community theatre, musical theatre, contemporary dramatic theatre as well as films. She is very excited that so many people from across FOBISIA schools will be coming together to create phenomenal drama. |
